Park at the Simsbury High School Crew Boathouse across from

Drake Hill Rd from Flower Bridge. Do not park at Flower Bridge

The Simsbury River Walk provides beautiful and varied birding habitat along the Farmington River floodplain and can be great for warblers and other passerines.  Plan to walk approximately 2 miles over 2-3 hours.  The trail is flat but may be wet in places, depending on recent rainfall.  Bring bug spray and appropriate footwear.
