Coordinator: Sarah Faulkner Sat   10:30 am - 12:30 pm Join CT Audubon's Ken Elkins for a hands-on workshop to learn how to use a number of birding apps on your phone.  Apps will include eBird, BirdGenie, several "birding by ear" apps, a comparison of several bird field guide apps, and possibly more.  Participants will be asked to download some apps in advance of the session. In 2017 Connor became the Director of McLean Game Refuge where he oversees research, conservation, education, and recreation across the refuge’s 4,400 acres of varied habitats. Speaker: Tom French 30 Years Following Peregrine Falcons to Recovery and Beyond - Tom’s work with Peregrine Falcons in Massachusetts, chronicles the loss of nesting Peregrines in the state in 1955 through their current recovery to over 30 nesting pairs.
