Bird–Window Collision Trends and Mitigation
One of the many man–made hazards to birds is window collisions
which result in a high number of bird fatalities. This presentation
will discuss trends in window collisions throughout the state and
year as well as the effectiveness of different mitigation methods.
Discussion will include which window treatments are most
effective and how to properly utilize these window treatments to
make our windows as safe as possible for birds!
